i know that if you have a lot of sex, or walk a big hill, or drink veggie oil, has been rumored to work. Could be a wives tail though. Wouldnt hurt to try.

Sex is meant to be the best one… It should release a hormone that induces labor

I tried them all and none worked for me. One is between your thumb and pointer finger in the webbing- you have to press VERY hard (from what my Dr told me). Sex is supposed to work too but who wants to do that at 39 1/2 weeks>!>!!>>!! Good luck!

I'm 39w4d with my first.. I've been getting massages for the last couple of weeks to help speed things along. So far, nothing. I know there are spots around your shoulders and also lower back, like right above your buttocks. Like anything else, it doesn't work for everyone. Remember that your due date is just a guestimate and your baby may not be ready to be born yet. If the baby's not ready, he/she's not comin out!

There is one two finger widths above your ankle. Put your two fingers (pointer and middle on the same hand) right above your ankle and the spot right above that (the fleshy part by your Achilles heel) is supposed to be a pressure point to induce labor. You have to push very hard for about 30 seconds to a minute. I used it with my first right before I went to bed, when I woke up my water broke. I honestly don't know if it had anything to do with the pressure point though.
